Critical Alert Notifications

Additional notifications are available notifying Critical Alert subscribers that their incidents have been downgraded, as well as when they are resolved, including any notes that have been added

Priority Downgraded

If an Incident that was previously downgraded from critical, users will receive a push notification as well as a SMS and/or Email with the following information.

Critical Incident Resolved

Resolved

If the incident has been resolved, any staff subscribed to the Critical Alerts will receive a push notification as well as a SMS and/or Email with the following information.

Resolved + Notes

If the incident was resolved with an alternative status, the resolution status and any additional notes will be available via push notification, SMS, and/or email.
