Adding External Links to a Incident Ticket

You can now attach links to your incidents. These can be links to third-party applications or social media for providing additional context about the incident.

After creating an incident, you can attach links by opening the incident ticket from the list view and clicking the External Link button.

Important Info

To be able to save the link, you MUST also include the HTTPs Protocol to the link
