Instead of using a traditional password, OnTracx uses Gmail magic links to let you log in securely.
Sometimes, Gmail may show a redirect notification instead of opening the app directly. This behavior is due to Gmail’s security handling of redirect links.
Here’s how to make sure it works smoothly:

Open the magic link email in Gmail.
Long-press the “Login” button.
Select Open Link from the menu.
The link will now properly redirect to the OnTracx app to complete your login.
Android Users

Open the magic link email in Gmail.
Long-press the “Login” button.
Select Open in browser from the popup menu.
Complete your login in the browser window.
ℹ️ Always open the magic link on the same phone where the OnTracx app is installed. Don’t try to log in from a PC or another device.
A pop-up should appear asking “Open with OnTracx” — confirm this to complete the login.
This method keeps your login secure without needing a password.
