Download the OnTracx app first — it’s the first step before diving into your data.
Open the app. You’ll see the Welcome screen with two options:
Log in: Use your personal account to view your own load profile and stats.
If you’re new here, let’s create an account!
If you’re new here, let’s create an account!
Open the app and go to the Login screen. Tap the ‘Log in’ button.
Enter your email in the designated field — use the one you want for your OnTracx account, or the one you’ve already used.
Request your login link: Read and accept the Terms & Conditions, then tap ‘Send me a link’. This will send a unique login link to your email.
Check your inbox: Open your email app on the same device and look for an email from OnTracx. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. For security, the link must be opened on the device where the app is installed.
Log in with a click: Tap the ‘Log In’ button in the email. This verifies your identity and automatically logs you into the OnTracx app.
OR Explore without an account: Want to show the app to a fellow runner without affecting your data? Tap this button and take a look around.
When setting up your account, we’ll ask for some personal details. Sharing this information is optional, but it helps us provide better, more tailored guidance in the future.
Here’s what we ask — and why:
Name & surname: So we can address you personally.
Date of birth: Age influences how efficiently your body can absorb training load.
Height & weight: These allow us to estimate BMI, which affects how much load your body experiences.
Gender: Research shows women are slightly more prone to overuse injuries compared to men.
Running experience: Novice runners generally face a higher risk of overuse injuries than experienced runners.
Injury history: The strongest risk factor for future injuries is having had one before.
By combining these science-based factors, we can build your load capacity profile — giving you deeper insights into how your body responds to load.
✅ You’ve made it to the main dashboard — your app is ready to go!
