Core Purpose

Assist physiotherapists to efficiently classify runners in rehabilitation as:

  1. On Tracx: No follow-up is required.

  2. Off Tracx: Follow-up required.

    Soft Off Tracx

    Hard Off Tracx

Active Check on

  • Pain Score: Latest score >4/10.

  • Pain Trend: Positive, neutral, or negative.

  • Load Progression: Exceeding target.

  • Weeks Exceeding Target: More than three.

Classification Thresholds

  • On Tracx: 0–1 positive checks.

  • Soft Off Tracx: 2–3 positive checks.

  • Hard Off Tracx: All checks are positive.

Common Scenario’s

  • Pain trend: positive trend

  • Current load progression: below target

  • Weekly load progress: > 3 weeks above target
