**If you're currently a free user, these instructions won't apply to you. Just delete the onWater Fish app from your phone, and you're good to go.
For Canceling Annual or Monthly Subscribers:
The easiest way to manage your account is to tap on the 'Settings' tab in the onWater Fish App, then tap on 'Membership Plan' --> 'Manage Subscription' to open the Customer Center.
Here are a couple other routes:
Web Signups:
Log in to your account: Visit our website and sign in.
Access Subscriptions: Click on 'Subscription' at the upper right corner of your dashboard.
Cancel onWater Subscription: Under 'Current Plan,' find 'Cancel Plan' in the right sidebar. Click it, and then confirm your choice to cancel onWater Auto-Renewal.
iPhone App Users:
Access Your iPhone Settings: Open your iPhone's settings.
Navigate to Subscriptions: Tap on Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases. Then, select Media & Purchases and Subscriptions.
Cancel onWater Subscription: Locate onWater in your subscriptions, scroll to the bottom, and choose 'Cancel Subscription.' Confirm your choice.
Very Important!! The Apple subscription terms require users to cancel subscriptions at least 24 hours before the renewal or scheduled charge.
Android App (Google Play) Users:
Open Google Play: Launch the Play Store app on your Android device.
Access Subscription Settings: Tap your profile image at the top right corner and select 'Payments & subscriptions,' then tap 'Subscriptions.'
Cancel onWater Subscription: Find the 'onWater' icon in your subscriptions, tap 'Cancel Subscription,' and select your reason. Confirm your cancellation on the next screen.
Please note: When you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access until the end of the current subscription period.
