MARCH 2026 (Updated 03/12/26)

Members + Coach Dashboard 2.0 + Enhancements + Bug Fixes

What's New:

Members

The Students & Families page has been completely redesigned and renamed Members. Coaches now see a structured, scrollable table view packed with the data that matters most — enrollment status, total enrollments, revenue generated, strokes lost, rounds played, and time practiced — all in one place. The Families view gets the same treatment, showing family-level revenue, members, and contact details at a glance. Tap any student to open a quick-action panel with contact info and fast access to their profile and family page.

Coach Dashboard 2.0

Coaches on mobile now have their own dedicated home experience. The new dashboard features five focused tabs — Home, Programs, Challenges, Members, and More — so coaches are no longer navigating the same experience as students and families. The Home tab surfaces a weekly session view and a filterable activity feed. Programs gives full access to rosters, schedules, leaderboards, lesson plans, and linked events from a single page. Challenges brings community leaderboard stats and the Global Challenge front and center.

Active Programs & Enrollments Widget

The Business Dashboard now includes an Active Programs & Enrollments widget, giving coaches a real-time snapshot of current program activity and enrollment numbers at a glance.

FEBRUARY 2026

Enhancements + Bug Fixes

Overview:

February focused on stability and quality-of-life improvements across the platform. We resolved a handful of issues affecting family account setup, the Program Waitlist, scorecard printing, and the Business Dashboard — keeping things running smoothly while the team prepared larger features ahead.

Web - Enhancements + Bug Fixes

  • Family Admins can now add phone numbers when creating or editing accounts without running into an error screen. This removes a frustrating blocker when setting up new family members.

  • We resolved an issue where some students were seeing errors when visiting their dashboard due to an invalid event request. Events should now load properly and reliably.

  • Scorecards are now formatted in landscape view, allowing two scorecards per page instead of three in portrait.

    This makes them:

    • Easier to read

    • Cleaner to print

    • More practical for on-course use

  • Improved Business Dashboard tab performance to prevent unnecessary loading when switching between views.

  • Updated Business Dashboard filters to stay consistent with the leaderboard widget for a more uniform dashboard experience.

  • Fixed an error that occurred when clicking on a completed 9-Hole Event, so past events now open reliably.

  • Resolved an issue where announcements were not appearing correctly in the web app activity feed.

  • Fixed an issue where the duplicate username error was not clearly communicated during account creation, so users now see a specific message explaining the conflict.

  • Resolved an issue where coaches could increase program capacity while students were on the waitlist, preventing unintended enrollment changes.

  • Improved the error message shown when adding a student to a program from the waitlist so coaches receive clearer guidance on what went wrong.

JANUARY 2026

Improved 9 Hole Event Manager + Enhancements + Bug Fixes

Overview:

January brought meaningful upgrades to how you run events and share results.

From new Scoreboard reports and custom starting holes to student RSVPs on web and improved printable reports, this release is designed to save coaches time and create a more polished experience for families. We also added international phone support, refreshed branding, and resolved several issues to improve stability and usability across the platform.

What's New:

9 Hole Event Manager Updates

  • Custom Starting Holes for Tee Times: Coaches can now assign a starting hole for events, making it easier to run split tee times and alternate starts. Starting holes now appear on tee sheets, cart signs, and scorecards.

  • New Scoreboard Report: Added a new Scoreboard report that automatically fills in each student’s name and personal best score by level. This saves time and removes the need to manually write in names for events.

  • Students Can RSVP on Web: Students and families can now RSVP directly from the web, not just the mobile app, giving them more flexibility to respond to events.

  • Master Roster Sync Fix: Fixed an issue where Master Rosters didn’t always update when students were added to or removed from linked classes.

  • Color Printing for All Reports: All printable reports now include color for improved readability and a more professional look.

  • Front & Back Scorecard Printing: Added an option to download scorecards formatted for front-and-back printing. When using double-sided print settings, scorecards now print seamlessly on both sides.

  • Separated Event Description and Event Message: Event descriptions and post-event messages are now separate. Coaches can keep a clear description for registration while posting a different message after scores are submitted to the activity feed.

  • Improved Pairings Updates: Pairings can now be updated with new tee times or starting holes without resetting the groups you’ve already created.

Web - Enhancements + Bug Fixes

  • To prevent failed emails and announcements, we updated the attachment size limit to ensure large files send successfully. This helps avoid delivery issues when sharing PDFs and documents with families.

  • Resolved a bug that prevented some events from appearing on the Family Dashboard calendar. Families will now see their scheduled events correctly.

  • Fixed an issue where some coach accounts were incorrectly flagged as under 13 years old and could not update their birthdate in the admin portal.

  • New communities will no longer have Operation 36 Clubs automatically enabled, giving coaches full control over when to turn this feature on.

  • Adding a new family member now automatically applies the correct family last name, even when it differs from the family admin’s name, helping keep family records accurate and consistent.

  • Fixed an issue where long names or values caused the Program Waitlist table columns to misalign. The table now adjusts properly for easier scanning and management.

  • Restored the Schedule Templates link so coaches can easily access and copy ready-made schedule descriptions for their programs.

  • Added new Pendo tracking events to help us better understand how coaches use 9-Hole Events and improve future features.

  • Fixed an issue where 9-Hole Events were not appearing on the calendar, ensuring all scheduled events display properly.

  • Resolved a caching issue with admin tags, so updates now show immediately without requiring a refresh.
