The Members page gives you a complete picture of every student and family in your Op 36 community. See enrollment history, revenue, rounds played, improvement, and contact info all in one place. Filter, sort, hide columns, and export to see exactly what you need.

What's in the Members Page

The Members page is organized into three views: Students, Families, and Invited. Switch between them using the tabs at the top.

Students View

The Students view displays each student in a sortable, customizable table. Each row includes:

  • Student — photo, division badge, full name, age, and gender

  • Years in Community — how long they've been part of your program

  • Enrollment Status — Active, Future, Waitlist, or Inactive

  • Last Program Enrolled — the most recent program they enrolled in

  • Total Enrollments — lifetime enrollment count in your community

  • Total Revenue — total paid across all enrollments

  • Strokes Lost — baseline score minus their personal record

  • 9HE Rounds — number of formal 9-Hole Event rounds completed

  • Casual Rounds — number of casual rounds logged

  • Practice Sessions — total number of practice sessions

  • Time Practiced — combined duration of all practice sessions

  • Age — student's current age

  • Gender — student's gender

  • Level — current Op 36 level (1–10)

Click any student row to open a quick panel with the family admin's contact details and shortcuts to their profile and family page.

Good to know: The contact panel includes the family admin's phone number and email — so you can reach out directly without leaving the Members page.

Customize Your View

Columns

Use the column toggle to show or hide any columns you don't need — useful when building a focused contact list or narrowing your view to specific data.

Click any column header to sort the entire table by that column — by Level, Total Revenue, Last Program Enrolled, or anything else.

Filters

Narrow your table using any combination of filters:

  • Enrollment Status — Active, Future, Waitlist, or Inactive

  • Gender — Male, Female, or other categories configured in your community settings

  • Program or Event — select a specific program or 9-Hole Event to see only members associated with it

  • Date Joined — filter by a start and end date for when members joined your community

  • Age Range — set a minimum and maximum age to filter by

  • Level — filter by Op 36 Level 1 through 6, or Level 6+ for your most advanced players. All levels are shown by default.

Good to know: Program categories are configured inside your community settings page.

Families View

The Families view shows each family in your community with:

  • Family name, family admin name, and admin email

  • Total revenue generated across all enrollments

  • All family members with their photo and division badge

Click View Details to open the full family page. Inside, you'll find:

  • An Enrollments tab with complete enrollment history, filterable by All, Active, or Completed

  • A Contacts tab listing all family admins with their contact information

Invited View

The Invited view shows students who have been invited to join your community but haven't completed registration yet.

Exporting Your Data

Use the Export button at the top of the table to download your current view as a CSV file — open it in Excel or Google Sheets to dig deeper.

Your export matches exactly what you see on screen: only the columns you've shown and only the members your filters include.

Filter to a single program, hide the columns you don't need, then export a clean roster in seconds.

Ideas for Using This Data

Build a contact list for a specific program.
Filter by program, hide columns you don't need, then export. A clean roster with names, contact info, and enrollment status in seconds.

Find students at risk of going inactive.
Filter to Inactive status. Cross-reference with total enrollments and years in community — a long-term student who's gone inactive deserves a personal follow-up.

Identify your most engaged students.
Sort by 9HE Rounds, Casual Rounds, or Practice Sessions. Students at the top are your most committed players — great candidates for recognition or advanced programs.

Spot your biggest improvers.
Sort by Strokes Lost to see who's making real progress. Call them out at your next session or share their story with the community.

Understand your revenue picture.
Sort by Total Revenue to see which families are most invested in your program.
