Your Op 36 login credentials are now managed through your GolfGenius account. You can update your email or password directly from within Op 36, or by visiting your GolfGenius account directly.
Edit from Op 36 (Web App)
Log in to Op 36 (Web App) and hover over your profile icon in the bottom left corner.
Click Edit Account
Under Personal Details, find the Email or Change Password section
Click the click here link next to whichever you'd like to update
You'll be taken to your GolfGenius account — make your changes there and save
Good to know: Family Admin users can edit the username and passwords for Junior Golfers directly inside Op 36 without navigating to Golf Genius using the same settings above.
Mobile App
If you're logged in as a Family Admin
Log in to the Op 36 mobile app.
Tap the icon in the top right corner.
Select Manage Family and choose the account you want to update.
Tap the edit icon and scroll down to edit email or password by clicking on the link.
If you're logged in as an individual golfer
Log in to the Op 36 mobile app.
Tap the More tab.
Go to Profile and tap the edit icon.
Edit your first name, last name, phone number, birthday, and gender.
Updating Directly in Your GolfGenius Account (Web or Mobile)
Log in with your current Op 36 email and password
To update your email: click Edit Profile under Profile Details
To update your password: click Change Password under Account Security
Save your changes — they'll take effect immediately in Op 36
Good to know: After changing your email, use your new email address the next time you log in to Op 36. If you're already logged in, you'll be prompted to re-authenticate.
