In the upper right corner, you will find an outline of a person that you can click on to access various parts of your account. Below are links to the different sections so you can learn the importance of each one.
Profile
When you go to the Profile section, you will see three columns of text boxes where you can enter your Profile Information, Personal Address, and Business Address. You don't have to fill out all of this information, just the sections that apply to you.
Once you are done, be sure to click on Update to save your changes.
Next is the Security page which contains settings for account protection and login changes.
Change Email: You will see your current email address with the option to enter your new email address. Below that, you will have to enter your current password before you can click on Update Email.
Change Username: Enter your current username before you can enter the new username. You will also need to enter your current password before clicking Update Username.
Password: First, enter your new password before entering it again to confirm the change. In order to complete the change, you will need to enter your current password. Once you have added the new password and old password, click on Update Password for the change to take place. Your new password will need to include the following:
At least 8 characters
One number (0-9)
One lowercase letter (a-z)
One uppercase letter (A-Z)
One special character (!@#$%^&*)
Two Factor Authentication: If you turn on 2FA, you will be prompted to enter the authenticator token the next time you log in. This provides another level of security on top of the password. Scan the QR code to install the Google Authenticator app. You can also use other authenticator apps like the LastPass Authenticator.
The next section on the Profile page is Billing. This is the same as the Plan & Billing page which you can review using this link.
Organization
After the Profile page is the Organization page. This is where you can add a new team member and agent portal user. You can also do the following:
Manage your team members
Impersonate team members
Edit team member signatures
Change team members' text phone numbers
Update team member permissions
Create a team
Assign team members to different teams
Manage your agent portal users
User information
Intake forms access
Contact access
Add or edit a Brokerage
Manage portal role permissions
Plan & Billing
The Billing Dashboard is an efficient way to manage your plan and cards on file. It allows you to track your current plan charges and any add-ons.
Important: If you need to cancel your account, you can do so by clicking on the Cancel Account button. Please reach out to us at help@opentoclose.com for more information about canceling. |
You can also update your credit card or debit card details by clicking the Cards on File option on the left side of the page. Enter the new card information and click on Add Card.
Invoices
To access your invoices for previous charges, click on Invoices. The list of invoices will appear on the right side where you can click on Download PDF to save a copy to your computer.
Support Center
The Support Center is where you can find tips, tutorials, and workshops on using Open To Close. You can also find answers to frequently asked questions.
Idea Lab
The Idea Lab is a great way to share your ideas for Open To Close. This helps us discover valuable feedback which shapes the road map for our software. We want to continue improving our software to make your lives easier.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Keyboard Shortcuts help provide a quick and easy method for navigating and executing commands in the Open To Close portal.

Change Log
If you want to see our latest releases, check out the Change Log. This is a great way to stay up to date with new features, general updates, and bug fixes.
Log Out
If you want to log out of your account, you can do so by clicking Log Out. Make sure you have your password saved somewhere so you can get back into your account. If you recently added the Two Factor Authentication, you will need to enter the code from whatever authenticator you are using.
