Open To Close synchronizes with best-in-class applications so that you can leverage our powerful transaction tools with your existing workflow.

  • Google Workspace - Access the power of Google Workspace (Business) directly inside of your Open To Close account. Send emails, sync documents, import contacts, and add calendar dates.

  • Microsoft - Similar to Google Workspace, you can send emails using your Outlook account, import contacts, add dates to your calendar as well as send invites.

  • Dotloop - We integrate with your Dotloop profile so that you can easily import and export details, contacts, and documents. You can set up multiple profiles if you work across multiple accounts.

  • Stripe - Stripe is the gold standard for online payments. Open To Close integrates with Stripe so that you can accept payments before or after the transaction. You will need to be on the Premium Plan to use the integration.

  • Follow Up Boss - Easily import and export transaction data to Follow Up Boss (emails, notes, texts, calls, deals, etc.). We also offer an embeddable widget directly inside of Follow Up Boss!

  • SkySlope - We integrate with your SkySlope sales and listings so you can easily import and export details, contacts, and documents. You can set up multiple profiles if you work across multiple accounts.

  • Brokermint - We integrate with your Brokermint transactions so that you can easily import and export details, contacts, and documents. You can set up multiple profiles if you work across multiple accounts.

  • DocuSign - You can connect your DocuSign profile to Open To Close so you can send documents to DocuSign for electronic signatures. As long as the property email address is CC'd, the signed documents will go back into your Open To Close account.

If you are looking for further connections with our application, you can always look over our APIs article to learn more about setting up an API Token. Here is that article: APIs.
