Having the right documents in the right place is crucial for every transaction. If you are using Dotloop and want to import your documents from there, follow the steps below to accomplish this.

Important:

Step 1:

Inside the property, go to the More tab and choose Dotloop.

Step 2:

Click the Import Documents button.

Additionally, you can get to the Import Documents option by starting in the Documents section of your property. Simply click on Dotloop Documents to get started.

Step 3:

Now it's time to add the document to an existing folder or create a new folder with the file. You can also label the document with a File Role.

Once those choices are selected, click on the Import button.

Things to Consider:

Choosing a File Role will override the document's file name.

You can only link one of the three major APIs to a property at a time. Those APIs are Dotloop, SkySlope, and Brokermint. If you have Dotloop linked to the property and need a different API connected, you would disconnect Dotloop first.
