Connect your Additional Dotloop Account (s)
Step 1:
From the Import Loop menu, click the Add Account button.
Step 2:
It will pop up the steps on how to connect your additional Dotloop using one of the browsers.
Very important, please read: You must exactly follow these steps to connect your additional Dotloop account(s). If you have any issues, please contact us. |
Step 3:
Add a check next to each step that is finished.
⬜️ I am authorized to connect the Dotloop account.
⬜️ Open a blank browser tab and log out of Dotloop Open blank tab with Dotloop loaded.
⬜️ I have logged out of Dotloop and closed the tab in step 2.
⬜️ I have cleared all Dotloop cookies. Please follow the instructions below to clear your Dotloop cookies.
You must follow the steps exactly as listed above or you will not be able to connect your additional Dotloop account.
Chrome Settings
Paste the following URL into a new Chrome tab:
chrome://settings/siteData?searchSubpage=dotloop&search=Content+settings
Search your cookies for "dotloop" (lowercase).
Delete ALL Dotloop cookies
Close the Chrome settings tab in step 1
Make sure you've checked all 4 steps are completed
Click the "Connect Dotloop Account" button below
Firefox Settings
Paste the following URL into a new Firefox tab:
about:preferences#privacy
Under "Cookies and Site Data" click the "Manage Data" button
Search cookies for "dotloop" (lowercase)
Select each Dotloop cookie and click "Remove Selected"
Close the Firefox settings tab in step 1
Make sure you've checked all 4 steps are completed
Click the "Connect Dotloop Account" button below
Safari Settings
In Safari, from the toolbar click "Safari"
Click on "Preferences"
Click the "Privacy" icon
Click the "Manage Website Data" button
Search cookies for "dotloop" (lowercase)
Select each Dotloop cookie and click "Remove"
Close the Safari settings window
Make sure you've checked all 4 steps are completed
Click the "Connect Dotloop Account" button below
Step 4:
After checking all the boxes for completing the steps, click the button for Connect Dotloop Account.
Step 5:
You will be asked to log in to your Dotloop account and approve to authorize OTC to access all profiles within your dotloop account.
