Creating Contact Connections

  1. From your dashboard, go to the Contacts menu and click one of the contact users.

  2. From the segmented log of activity, select Connections.

  3. Search the contact user that you’d like to associate with the current contact.

  4. Once you have searched the name, click contact user.

  5. Check the box for Add to the property to include the connected contact when your main contact is added to a property.

For example, Chris Griffin is the Lender and you’d like to associate Mad Max as his assistant to all of the transactions where Chris Griffin is a contact.
