Creating a Contact Group
Step 1:
From the hammer icon, click Filters.
Step 2:
Select Contact Groups. You will enter the group name and click the Create Group button.
Editing/Deleting a Contact Group
Edit:
To edit a group name, simply click the name you want to update which will change the background to purple. Hit ENTER/Return from your keyboard to save the changes.
Delete:
A group name can be deleted by clicking the 🗑 icon.
Type in the word "Delete" and click on the DELETE button. Please be aware that this action cannot be undone so be careful with what you are deleting.
How to Use Contact Groups
There are two ways to use a contact group. This can be done by going to the Contacts tab, or by going to the Contacts section inside the property transaction.
Contacts Tab
Step 1:
Go to the Contacts section and click Groups from the segmented log of activity.
Step 2:
Click one or more contact groups that will be assigned to the contact user. This way you can easily filter your contacts by using a Contact Group.

Step 1:
Go to one of the properties and click the Contacts section.
Step 2:
Click Assign Contact Group and choose which contact groups you want to bring into your transaction.
Step 3:
Click Yes once you’re ready to assign a contact group.
