When to Add a Business to a Contact
There are two ways of adding a business to a contact; by adding it as a business to a property contact or applying an existing business to a global contact. This article focuses on adding a business to a property contact.
If you know the business has multiple contacts associated with it, add the business to your filters first before applying the business to a global contact. You will want to follow these two articles to learn more about how to do this:
Adding a Business to a Property Contact
Go to your property and choose the Contacts tab. Find the contact you want to add the business to and click Edit.
You will automatically land on the Personal Details section so click on Business to start adding the business information for your contact. Once you have added as much as you can, click on Update to save the details.
