The Agent API key is like a plugin for different applications, or it can set up multiple profiles if you work across multiple accounts.

These are either the agent's username and password combination or an API key that can be used to access the website account. We use credentials to log in and upload documents or take action on the agent's behalf.

To find which Agent APIs are connected to a property, go to the property and click on More. From there, select Agent API Keys.

To avoid security breaches, we added an extra layer of protection for you and the agents. Before accessing the Agent API Keys section on a property, you must enter your Open To Close account password to reveal these credentials.

You also have the option to remind yourself if the credentials are valid or invalid by clicking the Status toggle button.
