File Storage
Open to Close provides a secure global file storage system for all of your documents. You can easily upload, download, share with teams, as well as add documents to your emails.
File Storage is available to all Plans. For unlimited file storage, you can get the Premium Plan Add-on.
All Categories/ Category
Adding and using Category can help you reorganize and group your files.
You can delete the category that you created by clicking “Manage Categories”
Once the category has been created, it cannot be edited.
The file (s) can be sorted by clicking the six dots icon, it allows you to download the file (s), delete or replace them.
Adding a Document to the File Storage
Step 1:
From the hammer icon, go to the Templates menu and choose File Storage.
Step 2:
Drag and drop the file or click the link button to upload the file.
Step 3:
Click one of the file names and at the left side panel, there are several options to make.
File Toolbar - to expand or collapse the sidebar, browse the document pages, zoom in or out, print, download, etc.
File Sidebar
File Options - it allows you to download, open the file in another window, split and delete the file (s). You can also set a priority on your file by using HIGH, MED, or LOW.
File Name - it can be renamed by clicking the name and hitting the purple check box button to save the changes.
Tags - you can add a tag to your file.
