Adding a Property Field Trigger

Property Field Triggers will let you know when their conditions have been met and are ready to be sent. Conditions can be based on fields and whether a contact or file role exists.

Property field trigger example: You would like to send the template text message named “Hello”. For the trigger to notify you that it is ready to send, the conditions need to be true. In the example, you can see that Contract Client Type is equal to Buyer, so the first condition is true. The second condition is an “OR” condition, so only one of the two remaining conditions needs to be true. In this case, the field Contract Status is equal to Pending, so it satisfies the second condition. Both conditions are true, so the trigger will alert you that the text is ready to be sent. The red lightning bolt icon means you have a property trigger inside the transaction.
