Triggers

Triggers are conditional-based actions sometimes referred to as automation. Triggers will do something based upon an activity or condition(s) that have been pre-set.

The email or text can be scheduled at different times based upon the “condition” that you pre-set.

Manually Adding Triggers

Step 1:

From the transaction, go to the Triggers tab.

Step 2:

Click the Add Trigger button.

Step 3:

Select a trigger function

  • Send Message

  • Send Email

  • Send Text

  • Add or Remove Template

  • Add or Remove Field Section

  • Add or Remove Field

Step 4:

Click the Add button.

Applying a Property Field Trigger Template

  1. From the transaction, go to the Triggers tab.

  2. Click the Apply Template button.

  3. Choose one of the (Property) triggers and click Apply.

Adding Conditions

Step 1:

After adding a trigger or applying a template, you can add a condition (s) by clicking the +Add Condition link.

Step 2:

It will pop up a left-hand panel to choose one of the Conditional Types - Property Field, File Role, and Contact Role.

Step 3:

For choosing a Property Field, you have to select one of the fields from the drop-down menu. For choosing a File Role or Contact Role you have to select one of the available file or contact roles.

Step 4:

Choose one of the Operators then select one of the Enter Values (if applicable) and click the Add button.

Creating a Child Conditional

Adding or creating a child conditional is if you want to have an either-or condition from the trigger. If the main condition is not true then it can be bypassed by the child’s condition.

Step 1:

After adding a condition, you can click the Field, Contact, or File Role.
