If you need to mass delete Fields, move them to another section, or add the calendar option to them, you can do so from the Field Editor. The Field Editor can be found in the hammer icon.

Image shows the hammer icon on the left navigation menu, directly above the last option (gear icon). Field Editor is the second option in the hammer icon list.

You can check the boxes next to the Fields, or you can use the All option if you want to select all of the Fields in a specific Field Section.

Once you select the Fields, four options will show at the bottom of your screen. They are Delete, Move, Calendar, and X. The X will close the options and deselect the Fields. Let's go over the rest of the options below.

Image shows the All | None option in the Field Section header and also shows the boxes to the left of the Field name where you can select the Field. When selected, Delete, Move, Calendar, and X will show in the lower center.

Mass Delete Fields

You can click on the Delete button to mass delete the Fields you have selected. When you do this, a pop-up window will appear going over the possible risks of deleting Fields.

Risks:

Deleting Fields will remove the Field and the Field values from all transactions, templates, and settings. This action cannot be undone. Please be sure you are deleting the correct Fields before moving forward.

Once you have read through the risks, you can type delete in the text box before clicking the DELETE button to finalize the action.

Mass Move Fields

If your Fields are in the wrong Field Section, you can move them into a different Field Section by clicking on the Move button.

A pop-up will appear where you can select a new Field Section from the drop down before clicking on the Update button.

Mass Apply the Calendar Option

The last option allows you to mass apply the calendar option to your Date Fields. Click on the drop down to select the calendar option, either active or not active.

Active means the calendar option will appear on the Date Field so you can add the date to your calendar. This will show a purple calendar next to the Date Field in the Field Editor.

Not active will remove the calendar option from the Date Field, and it will show a gray calendar next to the Date Field in the Field Editor.

Once you have selected your choice, click on Update.

Please Note:

The Contract Date and Closing Date cannot be set using this method. They have to be set individually. Also, only Date Fields will be affected when mass applying the calendar option.
