When working on a property, you may need to adjust the field values under the property details as the transaction progresses. You can always scroll through your fields and change the field groups under the Details section, but you now have another option.

Using the Property Edit Form, you can open your field options and fill in any of the details you need to have updated. To start, click on the three lines in the divider on the individual property page.

The Property Edit Form is similar to creating a new property without an intake form. Once you click on the three lines, you will see a new window that has all of the field sections on the left side and all of the fields in the selected field section on the right side.

Select the field section you need to work on and start filling in the values for the fields listed in that section.

If a field, field section, or field group isn't visible, go to the Field Editor by clicking on Edit Property Fields.

The Field Editor will show the different options available for your field groups. Below those, you will see the field section where you can remove any section from view. Under each section, you can select any field you want to display or deselect any you don't need.

Pro Tip:

If you have a Field Template with all of the fields, field sections, and field groups defined, you can click on Apply Template to use what you have already created. This doesn't remove the data in the fields but adds or removes the fields, field sections, or field groups for the property using what you have in the template.

Once you have adjusted all of your options, you can click on Update Fields to go back to your fields.

Now that you are back on your Property Edit Form, update any of the new fields you added.

Please Note:

All Choice field options will auto-update when you modify the selection value. If you are using other field options that require you to type in a value, you will need to click Enter/Return on your keyboard or click the purple checkmark box to save the changes.

You can also access your Contact Drawer and File Drawer by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner of any field section. The Contract Drawer will open on the right side and show any contact that is part of the transaction. The File Drawer opens on the left and shows any document tied to the transaction.
