If you have already created an email template and need to create another that is similar to it, you can always clone the original template and make the adjustments to the cloned one.

Click on the Clone button towards the bottom of the screen to open a pop-up where you can do the following:

  • Select a new category - each template can be categorized into a group such as buyer templates or seller templates.

  • Find and replace parts of the cloned template(s) name - if you want to change a word in the email template name, you can type it into the FIND text box and then type in what you want to replace it with in the REPLACE text box.

  • Select which template(s) will be cloned - if you have more than one email template to clone, you can select or deselect them here.

Image shows a drop down directly below Select Category. Below the drop down is a table with two columns, FIND on the left and REPLACE on the right. There are three rows with FIND, REPLACE boxes. Below the table is a list of all templates with a check box to the left of the name. Below that is the Clone button and to the right of the Clone button is Close.
