If you find that you are not using a specific email template, you can either change the title of it to something like, Inactive Email Template - Buyer Accepted Offer, and then sort it to the bottom of the list, or you can delete it entirely.

To delete an email template, go to the main Email Templates page, and click the Delete option for the template you no longer want to use.

A pop-up will appear where you will be prompted to click on Yes or Cancel. Click on Yes to finalize the action.

Very Important:

Deleting an email template is not something that can be undone, so be sure you are deleting the correct one. If you accidentally delete an email template, you will have to rebuild it.

If you need to delete a group of email templates, you can do so by clicking on the boxes next to Clone & Modify Options. This will open up a number of different options including deleting the email templates.

A pop-up window will appear with the list of email templates you selected to delete. Review these to make sure they are the ones you want to delete before typing the word DELETE into the text box. Click on the Delete button to finalize the action.
