If you are part of a transaction but don't have access to a client/agent portal view, you can still receive and reply to messages sent from the Transaction Coordinator (TC) or other members of the team.

You will receive a message in the form of an email from the transaction coordinator working on the file. In the email, there will be a purple Send Reply button that you will click to open a new tab in your browser where you can send a reply back to the TC.

The reply will always go back to the originator of the message, but you can click on the drop-down where the originator's name is located to select any other person that was a part of the original message.

You can enter your reply in the Message text box and use emojis or bold text if you want to.

If there are any files you want to attach to the message, click on Attach File(s) and select the files you need to attach from your device.

Once everything looks good, click on Send Comment. This message will go back to the transaction coordinator and anyone else included in the message.

Important:

Please be patient and only click on the Send Comment button once. Clicking on it more than once could cause issues with your message getting sent back to the transaction coordinator or sending multiple messages of the same comment.

You also have the option to reply to the TC directly from your email and include attachments, but we do recommend using the Send Reply option instead.
