There might be times when you no longer need a property trigger or property trigger template, whether that's because something changed in the transaction or it was added when it should not have been. Luckily, it's an easy process to get the property trigger removed.

Deleting a Property Trigger From a Transaction
To delete an individual property trigger or a group of property triggers from a transaction, go to the Triggers section in the transaction.
Find the property trigger you want to delete and click on the trash icon in the lower right corner of the property trigger card. A confirmation window will pop up asking you to confirm your choice to delete the property trigger. Click on Yes to delete it.
If you need to delete multiple property triggers, you can click the box next to Select Trigger on any of the property triggers you need, and then choose Delete from the options that show at the bottom of the page. You will also get the confirmation window to delete the property triggers.
Deleting a Property Trigger Template From a Transaction
If you applied a property trigger template to your transaction, and you need to remove the property triggers from that transaction, you can click on All Triggers to view the different property trigger templates that have been applied.
Find the one you want to remove and click on the trash icon to the left of the property trigger template name. You will see a new window confirming that you are sure you want to remove those property triggers from your transaction. Click on Yes to finalize the process.
Restoring Deleted Property Triggers
If you deleted the wrong property trigger from your transaction, go to the property trigger statuses and click on Deleted. This will show you all of your deleted property triggers.
Click on Restore in the lower right corner of the property trigger card. You will be asked if you are sure you want to restore the property trigger, and you can click Yes to finish the process.
