With the addition of Secondary Intake Forms, you can now link properties together. 🥳 So, how does it work? Continue reading to find out all the details.

IMPORTANT:

The Link Property option is currently bundled with the Secondary Intake Form feature. If this feature is not added to your account, you will not be able to see or access the Link Property option.

How to Link Properties

There are a couple of different ways to link your properties together; one automatically happens when you approve a duplicated secondary intake form or inbound webhook, while the other is done manually. Let's go over both.

Automatically Linking Properties

Anytime a Secondary Intake Form is submitted as a duplicate property, it will automatically link to the Parent Property (original property). The duplicated property will now be the Child Property.

This can also be done when you manually duplicate properties. For more information on duplicating properties, follow along with this article: Duplicating a Property.

Manually Linking Properties

If you want to link properties together that haven't been submitted through a Secondary Intake Form or inbound webhook, you can.

To do this, go to the main property you want to link with another property. There's a column of icons between the property details and the property tabs. Click on the house icon and then + Add.

Search through your properties to find the one you want to link and click on the address.

Now, whenever you need to jump to the linked property, you can click the house icon and go directly to that property.

If you want to remove the linked property, click on the trash icon next to the linked property's address.
