To open a case, go to your Vehicles Purchased view, navigate to the vehicle in question and click on the blue Submit Arbitration hyperlink as shown below.

Choose the type of arbitration and follow the instructions to submit.

As a reminder, your arbitration request must be opened within 7 days of delivery if using our transportation or within 7 days of the purchase date if not using our transportation. Also, the vehicle cannot be driven more than 100 miles following the purchase.
