Follow these steps to connect your e-commerce store. Once connected, fan records will be populated with transactional data from purchases made via your online store.
Having live sales data feed into the platform is particularly useful for when you want to segment your audience by transactions/transaction spend.

Head to the Settings tab and click Integrations, then choose the relevant Integration.
For Shopify
Install the Shopify app to pull in transactions moving forward plus import all historical orders. These are matched with existing fans or new fan records are made for fans not already in your database.
Install the Shopify App, and login if prompted.
Once installed, click open.
From your roster, choose the artist you are looking to connect a Shopify store to.
Once connected, you will also have the option to import historical orders. Please note if you have manually imported any previous to this import, the system will create duplicate transaction records.

Merchtable can be integrated with Openstage through your Shopify store. Please login to your Shopify store and follow the instructions below:
