Connecting your merch store pulls live transactional data into Openstage via webhook. Once connected, fan records update automatically with purchase data from your online store - giving you everything you need to segment fans by transaction type or spend, identify top buyers, and reward your most valuable fans.
Navigate to Settings > Integrations, select your merch platform, and follow the setup instructions.
