A hidden page is a static splash page that lets you share content and links with fans without requiring a sign-up. Use hidden pages to host ticket links, video content, file giveaways, terms and conditions, and more.
Hidden pages sit within the landing page builder but behave differently from standard landing pages. They have no sign-up form, do not appear in search results, and can only be accessed via their unique link.
🟡 Please note: Without a sign-up form, fan data cannot be collected on a hidden page.
How hidden pages differ from standard landing pages
No sign-up form - fans can access the page without signing up
Static - a single page with no dynamic elements
Hidden link - the page does not appear in search results and is only accessible via the unique link provided in the builder
Separate content - hidden pages are treated as entirely separate from the standard landing page - content does not carry over and must be added independently
🟢 Top tip: Hidden pages use a separate URL from the standard landing page. Find the hidden page link just above the Hidden Extra Page section in the builder - this is the link to share with fans.
Create a hidden page
Navigate to Engage > Landing Pages.
Open the landing page builder and select Hidden Extra Page.
Design
Design and layout settings apply to both the standard landing page and the hidden page together. To use a different design for your hidden page, create a new landing page, disable sign-ups in the configuration tab, and apply the design changes needed.
Use Cases
Ticket Links
Hidden pages are ideal for hosting ticket links. Unlike links included in broadcasts, links on hidden pages can be edited and republished if they change - no need to resend a broadcast.
Video and music content
Video cannot be embedded directly into broadcasts. Use a hidden page to host video messages, music previews, or any other video content, then share the hidden page link in your broadcast.
File giveaways
Files cannot be attached to broadcasts. Host the file on a hidden page and share the link with fans. Only one file can be added to a file giveaway step at a time, and the file name changes on upload.
To share multiple files or preserve file names, compress the files into a single .zip and upload that instead.
🟡 Please note: The maximum file size for file giveaways is 40MB.
Terms and Conditions
Host terms and conditions for giveaways, presale registrations, album pre-orders, and more on a hidden page. Link to the page using a button or hyperlinked text wherever the T&Cs need to appear. (These are separate from your standard Fan Terms & Conditions).
