With the new Openstage x Bandsintown Fan Sync integration, every fan who follows, RSVPs, or signs up through the world’s leading live music discovery platform automatically flows into your Openstage Fan Data Platform.

This makes it easier than ever to:

How it works

Any time a fan opts-in through Bandsintown tools you embed (like your widget/API, Smart Link, release page, presale, waitlist, or signup form), their information automatically syncs to Openstage in real time.

This will create a new Fan Profile or enrich an existing one with these details:

Email
Phone number (if provided)
Location (City, State, Country, Zip)
Campaign type (RSVP, Waitlist, Presale, Release, Follow, etc.)

Fans who follow or RSVP directly in the Bandsintown app or website are not prompted to share data back directly to the artist.

Note: We do not currently receive the specific event a fan interacted with.

Getting started

Head to: Settings > Integrations
Select the Bandsintown Fan Sync integration.
Click ‘Connect Webhook’ to launch your Bandsintown for Artists account with the correct access token.
Scroll down to the webhook URL section and click Manage.
Enter the unique webhook URL provided by Openstage.
Copy your Secret Key from Bandsintown, paste it into Openstage and click save.

Done! Fans who opt in with you on Bandsintown will now automatically flow into Openstage in real-time.
