The Growth Dashboard provides an overview of your fanbase growth and insight on where new fans are coming from.
It lives on your home dashboard in the Growth Tab, and you can select to view data by different time periods: Year, Month, Weeks, Day or even by Hour.
Metrics Breakdown
New Fans - The total number of new fans acquired for the given time period.
Opt-Outs - The number of fans that have opted out of communications from you.
Net Fans - New fans minus opt-outs within the given time period.
Each metric also indicates the growth (or loss) compared to the prior period.
Fan Acquisitions
This graph plots all fan acquisition events (acquisitions or opt-outs) across the selected time period. Different time periods, including all-time, can be selected using the drop down at the top right of the page.
Top tip: Hovering your mouse over the graph provides additional information for the selected bar including new fans, net fans and opt-outs.
