๐Ÿ“ˆ Growth Dashboard

Track fanbase growth and identify which campaigns perform best with fan acquisition data

Written by Harry Drake

The Growth Dashboard gives you an overview of fanbase growth and shows where new fans are coming from. Use it to understand which campaigns, channels, and sources are driving fan acquisition and to identify where to focus your efforts.

The Growth Dashboard lives in the Growth tab on your main Dashboard. Use the time period selector to view data by hour, day, last 7 days, last 30 days, or last 12 months.

Metrics

Three headline metrics appear at the top of the Growth Dashboard, each showing performance for the selected time period alongside a comparison to the prior period.

  • New fans โ€” total new fans acquired in the selected period

  • Opt-outs โ€” fans who opted out of communications in the selected period

  • Net fans โ€” new fans minus opt-outs in the selected period

Fan Acquisitions

This graph plots all fan acquisition events โ€” new fans and opt-outs โ€” across the selected time period. Use the dropdown in the top right to change the time period, including an all-time view.

๐ŸŸข Top tip: Hover over any bar in the graph to see a breakdown of new fans, net fans, and opt-outs for that specific period.

Top Acquisition Channels

A ranked list of the channels responsible for the highest fan acquisition on your account, showing the number of fans each channel has driven.

A channel is any place a fan joined your world โ€” a landing page, a Post, your Fan page, your shop, or social media. Each entry shows the channel type before the colon and the channel name after.

For example, if a fan clicks your Instagram post and joins via your tour presale page:

  • Acquisition channel: Landing Page: Tour Presale

  • Acquisition source: Instagram

Top Acquisition Sources

A ranked list of the URLs that drove fans to your acquisition channels. Use this to understand where your fans are coming from โ€” whether that's a recent Instagram campaign, an album announcement, or a tour registration.

Recent Fan Acquisitions

A table showing the most recent 100 fans to join your world, including:

  • Fan name and email

  • Known location

  • Date and time of acquisition

  • Acquisition channel and source
