The Growth Dashboard provides an overview of your fanbase growth and insight on where new fans are coming from.

It lives on your home dashboard in the Growth Tab, and you can select to view data by different time periods: Year, Month, Weeks, Day or even by Hour.

Metrics Breakdown

  • New Fans - The total number of new fans acquired for the given time period.

  • Opt-Outs - The number of fans that have opted out of communications from you.

  • Net Fans - New fans minus opt-outs within the given time period.

Each metric also indicates the growth (or loss) compared to the prior period.

Fan Acquisitions

This graph plots all fan acquisition events (acquisitions or opt-outs) across the selected time period. Different time periods, including all-time, can be selected using the drop down at the top right of the page.

Top tip: Hovering your mouse over the graph provides additional information for the selected bar including new fans, net fans and opt-outs.

Top Acquisition Channels

Here you’ll find a list of channels that are responsible for the highest fan acquisition on your account and the number of fans each channel is responsible for. A channel could be a landing page or your fanpage, your shop or social media - wherever the fan was acquired.

The type of channel is before the colon, the name follows.

So if a fan clicks your Instagram post and joins via your Tour Presale page, you'll see:

  • Acquisition Channel: Landing Page: Tour Presale

  • Acquisition Source: Instagram

Top Acquisition Sources

This list displays the top URLs that lead to acquisition sources and the number of fans - this will help you understand where your fans are coming from.

Are your fans coming from a recent Instagram ASR campaign, or signups around an album or pre-sale announcement? You can track this here.

Recent Fan Acquisitions

This table displays the most recent 100 fans, their known location, the date they joined and how they were acquired.
