A Welcome Post is the first thing fans see when they join your world. Pin it to the top of your Posts feed and gate it to signed-in fans so it is waiting for them the moment they verify their email and land on your Fan HQ.
Use it to set the scene - what being part of your world means, what fans can expect, and what perks come with being a member.
Create your Welcome Post
Navigate to Engage > Posts and click + New Post.
Build your Post content. Include:
A welcome message from the artist
What fans can expect - exclusive content, early access, presales, behind-the-scenes updates, and anything else that makes being a member worthwhile
Any membership tier perks if you have paid tiers set up
A call to action - for example, connecting their DSP, filling in their profile or visiting your Fan HQ homepage or Posts feed to explore more content
For more information on creating Posts, see Create and Publish Posts.
Configure web access
Choose 'don't send as email', then open the Web tab.
Set Web access to Sign in to view so only signed-in fans can see the Post.
Toggle Show in feed on so the Post appears in your Posts feed.
Toggle Pin to top on so it stays at the top of the feed for every fan who visits.
Publish
Open the Review tab and check everything looks as expected.
Click Publish.
🟢 Top tip: Once your Welcome Post is live, add a Recent Posts block to your Fan HQ so new fans see it as soon as they join. See Build your Fan HQ for more detail.
🟢 Top tip: Keep your Welcome Post evergreen - write it so it makes sense whenever a fan reads it, not just at the moment of launch. Update it whenever your member perks, community offering or branding changes.
