Posts is Openstage's purpose-built replacement for email Broadcasts. Where Broadcasts delivered one-way messages, Posts turns artist-fan communication into an interactive experience - combining email delivery with a shareable web page, fan gating, and engagement blocks like polls and tour dates.
Posts lets you create one message, publish it to email and the web at the same time, then control who gets it and what they see. Built for music and powered by your fan data.
Everything you did in Broadcasts, you can now do in Posts, and more.
This article walks through how you can create engaging Posts to share with your fans, and bring new ones into your world.
🟡 Please note: Artists who joined Openstage after 8 July 2026 will only see Posts. Email broadcasts is a legacy feature and no longer available to new accounts.
Before you start
Your Posts settings must be published before any Post can be shared with fans. Complete your Posts settings first, then create your Post.
