Music Catalog 🎡

The Music Catalog is where you add all your tracks/albums etc that you want to share with your fans. They need to be added here in order to deliver them to your fans DSP (Digital Streaming Platform).

  • Once in your Music Catalog, you can begin adding tracks/albums etc.

TOP TIP - Be sure to add your artist links for Apple, Spotify and Deezer on the right hand side before you begin adding content to your catalog.

  • Click New Catalog Item.

  • Choose whether it has been released yet.

  • Paste in either the Spotify track/album link or UPC/ISRC code of the song(s) and hit ENTER.

  • Once found, follow the flow ensuring it's the correct track(s) by clicking on the title.

  • Openstage will then search for the track.

  • N.B. The closer to release, the more likely it is that the system will find your song(s) right away; not all DSP's receive and have the tracks ready simultaneously. Feel free to refresh/refresh all here, or come back closer to release in order for the system to find the song(s) on a certain DSP.

TOP TIP: Be sure to check with your distributor how the URLs will be formatted for your release as this affects the deliverability of your release via a pre-save broadcast.

"track" or "album" will feature in the URL and regardless of what the release is, this needs to match what you upload on to Openstage. If your single has a URL with "album" in it, the system will be looking for "album" as a keyword so be sure to upload that single as an album in your Music Catalog.

  • Hit "Finish" when you're happy to proceed.

  • You will then be presented with the catalog page of your song/album.
