Prior to submitting a request for the permanent closure of your account, please complete the following steps:
Sell all assets in your portfolio: Sell all assets or contact us to request a transfer to another broker.
Ensure you have no pending deposits: Deposits may take up to 5 business days to complete.
Withdraw all funds from your account: Withdrawals may take up to 5 business days to complete.
Once you have completed these steps, please contact Support.
