Progress bar shows how close the customer is to their reward

What is Rewards

When the customer starts adding products to their cart and you want to offer them some discounts based on their cart value, the rewards bar will serve as a progress tracker that helps them know how close they are to earning rewards. This will increase sales as people will want to buy more and receive valuable rewards.


Basically, the Rewards is a bar showing the Discount milestone and it needs to be strictly monitored to match the automatic discount created inside the Discount section of your store.

How to set it up?

Navigate to the Rewards tab inside Cart Drawer section.


If you don't have the discount code yet, please click on "Create Discount" inside the warning on the top of this Reward page.


Customize the look of the Rewards

  • Selected Main Color: Color of bar background when the value hits a milestone

  • Selected Icon Color: Color of icon when the value hits a milestone

  • Title Color: Color of the text above the bar, showing notes for buyer

  • Unselected Color: Color of Bar, Icon and Description text of the milestone when the cart value is lower than this milestone.

  • Text After Completing Full Rewards Bar: Title of the Rewards bar when its value reach full milestones

  • Reward Counting: Count your rewards bar base on 1 out of 2 main factors, cart value or total quantity (Product counting)

  • Currency Converter on Reward Bars: If you are selling internationally, this function helps visualizing the currency that the customer prefer to use in the cart, and even on the rewards bar.

When activated, the app will utilize the customer's currency and the exchange rate from Shopify to automatically convert prices in the rewards bar.

This feature will only apply if your store has enabled multiple currencies through Shopify Markets


Create Rewards Tiers:

Click on Add Tier if you are not having a Tier in the Rewards.

In Tier editing, it contains 4 main setups:

  • Reward type: Choose the type of reward that you want to apply (Product, Shipping, Discount or Free Gift) and each type of rewards have their own icon

  • Reward Description: A short title shows under the tier icon

  • Minimum Amount: The tier will be selected when the cart reach this value

  • Text before completing this tier: Text shows before the value reach the minimum amount

Additionally, merchant can add/remove/move the tier using the buttons inside each tier

Product reward types include 3 product boxes that allow you to select the product that will be added to cart when the cart value reach the minimum amount of this tier

These products won't be removed if the cart value go lower than the tier and it will need to be removed manually. The price will return to normal price if the cart value go lower than reward value.


Free Gift reward types include 3 product boxes that allow you to select the product that will show up when the customer reach an amount in cart.

These products won't be removed if the cart value go lower than the tier and it will need to be removed manually. The price will return to normal price if the cart value go lower than reward value
