How do I create a spreadsheet?

Create custom spreadsheets that are easily accessible for clients.

Our Title Analysis page, found by clicking the Analysis icon in the left-hand task bar, allows you to summarise your titles into a customisable table that is easily exported into Excel and shared with your clients.

In the Title Analysis page, you will find all of the information within your matter in a specialised table format once you have ordered the registers. (Note: If a title is presented on the table with a black dot in the Title Number column, the register has not yet been ordered.)


Once you have ordered all of your registers, you can search, filter, sort and group the data to get the specific information you need from your titles. (Find more information on how to customise your Title Analysis table in our Title analysis mode explained article.)

When you have successfully collected and sorted your titles, you can export this view into Excel as many times as you want, without incurring any extra Land Registry charges.

When you are ready to export your summary table to an Excel spreadsheet, simply click the Export to Excel button at the top-right of the screen.
