Complex transactions often deal with freehold titles that include numerous registered leaseholds within it. You can easily identify different leaseholds to create a clear picture of the registered interests of any freehold title.

How can I identify the leaseholds in a freehold title or particular site?
When identifying leasehold titles for a specific site, you can click on the Map Layers button on the right-hand side of the map view. This will present a map layer that borders all existing leaseholds, providing a good visual of the existing registers in the freehold title.

Can I identify leasehold information for a freehold without ordering the register?
No, leasehold information can only be viewed after a register has been ordered.
How do I view the registered leaseholds in a freehold title?
Once you identify your freehold title, you will be able to find any registered leasehold titles in:
· The Leases tab
· The Copies Filed tab
To find specific leaseholds, you can filter by both date and title number and then order your titles.

How do I include these leasehold titles in my matter?
Add and highlight specific leasehold titles to your matter on your map so you can quickly order them or create an Interactive Site Plan for your client.
Add the freehold title to your matter.
Click the Eye Icon to make it permanently visible.
Activate the Leasehold map layer
Click on the leasehold(s) on the map, if there are multiple this will open a separate panel detailing all of the leaseholds on the left-hand side
Use the Select all tick-box to select all of the leaseholds in the title panel, or individually select the leasehold you would like to add to your matter
Select Add to matter
Managing your leasehold titles in our Analysis feature
Once you have selected your titles, you can view, manage, filter and group together the leasehold titles. This can be done in our Analysis feature by:
Selecting Column Options where you can modify your table to include information from Lease End Date to the Parent Title, and Lease Parties.
You can also customise your view to only list leasehold titles using our Template filter. To do this:
Select the Templates button
You will be presented with list of options - here you can select Apply to the Leasehold Title view.
This will optimise your table to view only leasehold titles in your matter.
