Following up from the previous video we are now ready to create a job!
The process is really simple and as mentioned in the video this is the point where we can segment between posting a security or a cleaning job.
Some key points to keep in mind:
- Sector segmentation 
- Ability to make the job as attractive as possible 
- Find specific workers through license type and additional requirements 
- Breakdown of ad hoc or temp to perm job 
- Full transparency on pay and charges 
- Able to set uniform type 
- Synchronisation with government bank holidays
