Your employment history from HMRC verifies the information you've given about your last five years. Even if you have been in employment or out of the country, the document will evidence this.

Providing this will make your background check far quicker, and it can be downloaded from the HMRC website in minutes. Please find the steps below on how to do this:

  1. Create a personal tax account (if you don't already have one) by signing up to the personal tax service. You will already have an account if you have had to file self-assessments previously.

2. Once this has been created, sign in to the HMRC Services.

The web page you see should look like this

3. Click on the 'Pay As You Earn (PAYE) section on the left hand side.

4. Start by clicking on your PAYE Income Tax History.

5. Once you have clicked this, it should look like this.

6. You will then need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Print this page" and "Save" the document as a PDF.

8. Once you have done this, please email these as attachments to info@orkacheck.com
