Payments for all shifts are processed through Orka Works, directly to the worker. 💷📲
There are two options for pay with Orka Works: Monthly pay or Instant Pay.
You can decide which works best for you!
Once you complete shifts, you can click on 'Your Pay', then when you click on 'Your Earnings', this will show you your completed shifts, with the estimated pay date (the first Wednesday of each month) and estimated pay amounts.

Before your pay date, be sure to upload your bank details in the app. You can do this by clicking the Cog icon in the top right corner of the 'Profile' section of the app ⚙️
You then click 'Manage Account' and this is where you can enter bank details, your email & phone number, change your password, and deactivate your account.
Once you've updated your bank details, you are all set!
We'll transfer you the full amount for the shifts you've completed within the pay periods, on your pay date via direct bank transfer at 12pm. Processing times may depend on your bank. 💸
Payslips will be emailed to you at the email you have signed up to the app with, from our payroll company Fact3. You may need to check your junk mail, and ensure you have the correct email in the app.
How do I access my payslip?
Instructions are sent with the payslip and explain how you access it.
You need to put the initials first (represented by 'AB' in this specific example) before the date of birth: ABYYYYMMDD
For a worker named Mohamed Ali, born on 11th September 1974, this would be:
MA19740911.
If this doesn't work:
For your initials, please try lower case - when you first signed up you may have entered your name in this way,
i.e. mohamed ali (ma), or Mohamed ali (Ma), or mohamed Ali (mA)
