Here's a quick guide to everything you'll need to know before your first shift.
Before your first shift, make sure you know the following:
The address 📍of the site you are working
What uniform 👔 to wear
The name 👮♂️ of the person you are reporting to and where they will be
What time ⏰ to be there - you should always arrive to your first shift 10 - 15 minutes early.
All information for upcoming shifts can be found on the home page of the app. These cards will display information for the location of the site, the contact phone number of the site manager or control room and also on the day of the shift it will show the clock in feature. If you click on "view job details" you will be able to find information such as the job description and uniform required.
Please contact the site control room if you are having any difficulties with the site, running late or need to cancel 📞
