On the unfortunate occasion that an officer hasn't performed up to standard, you are able to block them from working any future shifts at that site.
Some reasons you may want to block a worker from further shifts at a particular site could be because of:
π΄ Multiple cancellations
π΄ No shows
π΄ Behavioural issue on site
π΄ Negative client feedback
To block them from the site/job, all you have to do is click on their profile, scroll down, and click "Block worker from role". You are then able to select a reason for why you have blocked the worker from the site and confirm.
If, for whatever reason, you would like to unblock the worker from that site, just click on the "Blocked workers" icon in the top left of that job. You are then able to select the worker you would like to unblock and confirm the action.
