Immediate concerns:

  • Speak with the technician before they leave

  • We'll address issues on the spot when possible

Post-service concerns:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • We'll schedule a follow-up visit at no charge

  • If work was defective, we'll make it right

Ongoing issues:

  • All work includes warranty coverage

  • We'll return as many times as needed

  • No charge for warranty-covered items

Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.
