What happens if something goes wrong after you leave?

We stand behind our work completely:

Within warranty period:

  • Return visit at no charge

  • Free repair if work was defective

  • Free replacement if part failed prematurely

  • No deductible or service fees

After warranty period:

  • Normal service rates apply

  • Diagnosis to determine if issue is related to previous work

  • If related to our work, we'll make it right even outside warranty

  • If new issue, standard pricing applies

Your responsibility:

  • Report problems promptly

  • Maintain system as recommended

  • Don't modify our work without consulting us

Our reputation depends on quality work. If we made a mistake, we'll fix it.
