If your assessment didn’t complete successfully, it’s usually due to a temporary issue with signal quality, connection, or setup. These are common and can typically be resolved with a few quick adjustments.
The most common reasons include:
Sensor connection issues
Your biosensor may not have been properly connected or fully activated before starting the assessment.Low battery
If the sensor doesn’t have enough charge, it may disconnect during the assessment.Poor belt placement or contact
If the belt is too loose, too low, or not making consistent contact with your skin, the signal quality may drop.Dry or improperly placed electrodes (DC cables)
For accurate readings, electrodes should be fresh, properly attached, and slightly moistened.Movement during the assessment
Small movements, talking, or muscle tension can interfere with the readings.
How to Prevent This
To improve your chances of a successful assessment:
Ensure your sensor is fully charged and activated (blue light blinking)
Position the belt high on your chest and snug against your skin
Heavily wet the electrodes and place them correctly
Remain still and relaxed throughout the assessment
