My HRV Readings Aren’t Being Detected

What you’re experiencing is related to how the biosensor is picking up your HRV signal, and small setup details can make a big difference.

To improve your HRV readings, please try the following:

  • Make sure the chest strap sits flat, snug, and level on your body

  • Fully soak the ECG pads (5–10 seconds, rubbing water in well)

  • Position the belt slightly higher on the chest so it maintains consistent contact

  • Lie still in a quiet environment during the assessment (no movement or talking)

You can also try briefly plugging the sensor into the charger to help reset it, then start a new

assessment.

These adjustments help ensure a stable signal and more accurate HRV readings.
