Full Admins and Directors can access OTTO Sport Universal web views directly from the mobile app, providing seamless integration with the OTTO Sport Universal products. This enhancement enables admins to view all of OTTO Sport Universal's web view screens and update configurations effortlessly, ensuring convenient management on the go.
To access the dashboard, once logged into the mobile app, Full Admins and Directors will select ‘Admin Access’ and then select ‘Dashboard’. Any products that are enabled for the organization will be listed in a tile view. Tap on a product category to view/manage tasks.
Note: Certain tasks, including data imports and form/template management, cannot be performed within the mobile app. To manage these tasks, log in to your account through web views on a larger-screen device.
Tap on the menu located in the upper right-hand corner to navigate back to the Dashboard, to another product category, My Account, App Info, or to Sign Out.
