Unreported Games Report
1. Within Scheduling, click on Results and use the Reports drop-down menu to select Unreported Games. The Unreported Games Report will list past games without game reports for the respective program and season. If they so choose, admins will have the option to submit Post-Game Reports for matches.
2. Click on the Report button across from the game listing to view the Post-Game Report. Admins can enter the home team and away team scores and any other information that needs to be reported, including player or staff infractions or game recaps. An overview of the fields can be found below:
Home/Away Team Game Scores: Number of goals scored by the home team/away team during the game. Depending on form settings, goal scorers can either be identified with a drop-down menu that will pull in the player names from the roster or identified by writing in their name. Note: When entering scores for each team, the point scorer fields will dynamically change to match the number of points scored by the respective team.
Home/Away Player Infractions: Using the drop-down menus, include any infractions and reasons for home/ away players. Depending on form settings, individuals can either be identified with a drop-down menu that will pull in their names from the roster or identified by writing in their name
Home/Away Staff Infractions: Using the drop-down menus, include any infractions and reasons for home/ away staff members. Depending on form settings, individuals can either be identified with a drop-down menu that will pull in their names from the roster or identified by writing in their names.
Home/ Away Team Recap: Option to include any further context or details about events during the game.
Note: While the fields listed above are the default fields on the Post-Game Report, the fields that are displayed on the report may vary if your organization has customized the report.
3. Any fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required for submission. Once complete, click Save. Once a report is submitted for a game, it will be moved from the Un-reported Games Report and placed into the All Past Game Report.
All Past Games Report
1. On the Scheduling view, click on the Results.
2. Under the reports drop-down menu, select All Past Games. The All Past Games report will show all previous games for the respective competition/season, regardless of whether there has been a Post-Game Report has been submitted for the match or not.
3. Click on the Report button across from the game listing to view the Post-Game Report. Any details the reporter submitted will be displayed on the screen, including home team and away team scores, player and/or staff infractions, and game recaps.
4. Admins can view and modify the home team and away team scores and any other information that needs to be adjusted, including player or staff infractions or game recaps.
